I am a current agent with Princess. I like working with Princess. They don't have a formal script. They are based in California. This is great for me as a part time agent who books intervals on the weekend and evenings. I live on the East coast. Princess stops taking calls at 9p PST. I am 3 hrs ahead and this timing allows me to pick up some 10p, 11p and through midnight intervals. The QAPFs do a great job of keep agents abreast of the new promos via email and posting in the CrowdHub.

My one complaint about Princess Cruises is their platform. There are quite a few tech issues which causes me to miss intervals.
