The best practice for Good CA is to either print out your schedule after you have chose it, hang it on a board or somewhere near your computer.
Also when you are making other appointments, check that schedule ,normally it will be posted in your Arise App, or have your calendar on your cell device linked and when you pull up your calendar there are your work hours. This keeps you from either having to release hours or swap.
Sign in on time , I begin to sign in 15 minutes ,which is the amount of time my client allows. This way if there is any technical issues it gives me a little time to straighten it out .
The biggest practice is if you really don't think you can work the interval , just do not sign up for them , this is so unfair to other agents who…
I have worked for Carnival twice, this time I am really enjoying it . What I do like about Carnival is it seems they want you to succeed and they give you the chance with learning and the training you get . It can be confusing when you first start, but if you take advantage of all they offer you start to appreciate and understand the job .
